Dear prospective students of the International Undergraduate Program (IUP), Faculty of Pharmacy Universitas Gadjah Mada!

Eligibilities and Procedures
Indonesian Candidates
4. Admission Card can be printed on the day, as mentioned in your application account.
5. Statement of Document Authenticity form can be downloaded here.
- Graduates of high school qualification (Natural Sciences) of 2025, 2024, 2023
- Or A-level/ IB qualification (Compulsory subjects include Biology and Chemistry)
- English proficiency score 525 (ITP); 5.5 (IELTS); 69-70 (IBT)
- Non-color blindness certificate
- Maximum age is 21 years old for each admission period
- Certificate of awards in academic or non-academic (if any)

- For Indonesian Candidate, sign up for an application account at https://um.ugm.ac.id/pendaftaran/
- For Overseas Candidate, sign up for an application account at https://admission.ugm.ac.id/registration/
- Complete the online application form and upload the following documents (minimum 150kb and maximum 200kb):
